Jet Airways` Jet Privilege and Cathay Pacific Forge Frequent Flyer Programme Partnership

Press Release Summary: April 30, 2008: Jet Airways' Jet Privilege,has today entered
into a reciprocal frequent flyer programme partnership with Cathay Pacific.This
partnership is in effect from May 01, 2008.

Press Release Body: Jet Airways' Jet Privilege members may now earn and redeem their
JP Miles while traveling to Asia, Middle East, Australia,Europe and North America on
eligible flights of Cathay Pacific and its sister airline, Dragon air.

Similarly, Cathay Pacific's Asia Miles members may earn and redeem Asia Miles on
eligible flights of Jet Airways' over 380 flights daily to 60 destinations in India
and around the world.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Gaurang Shetty - Senior Vice President-Alliances
& Interline Distribution, Jet Airways,said, "This coming together of two of Asia's
finest airlines is a proud moment for us. We are delighted to partner with an
airline that share Jet Airways' commitment to excellence, and believe that such
synergistic cooperation will greatly boost passenger comfort and convenience in
terms of enhanced route connectivity."

economic market and there is increasing demand for travel to, from and within India

Jet Privilege has been constantly adding new partnerships in different categories
with the objective of offering its members varied opportunities to earn JP Miles and
eventually redeem them for free flights to their preferred destinations. Such
partnerships enhance the value of the Jet Privilege programme, making it versatile,
more engaging and rewarding for the members.

777-300 ER aircraft, 8 Airbus A330-200 aircraft, 54 classic and next generation

an average fleet age of 4.20 years, the airline has one of the youngest aircraft
fleet in the world. Jet Airways operates over 380 flights daily.

Flights to 60 destinations span the length and breadth of India and beyond,
including New York (JFK), New York (Newark),Toronto, Brussels, London Heathrow, Hong
Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo, Bangkok, Kathmandu, Dhaka, Kuwait,
Bahrain,Muscat, Doha and Abu Dhabi. The airline plans to extend its international
operations to other cities in North America,Europe, Africa and Asia in phases with
the induction of additional wide-body aircraft into its fleet.
